What Does It Mean to Be Plant Powered?

Participating restaurants offer at least one main dish, appetizer, and dessert made with whole plant foods, as well as a dairy milk alternative and an oil-free salad dressing.

Dishes made with whole plant foods won’t have meat, dairy, eggs, or overly-processed ingredients — and they’re low in added fat, salt, and sugar.
