Peer Mentorship & Support Circles
Take advantage of our Lifestyle Mentorship program to get matched with a peer to guide your transition. Once you’ve done a Jumpstart (which also includes mentorship), taken a Food for Life class, or explored the lifestyle on your own, you’re also eligible to join a Lifestyle Support Circle.


Overcoming Hurdles
We all have our slip-ups, weak spots, and stressors. If you need help overcoming common hurdles — like living with people who don’t share your lifestyle or dealing with cravings — we have some tips.
