Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Spontaneous Bowl

Composed of what I had in the fridge! Try the same with the ingredients below or create your own bowl with what you have on hand.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa, any color (beige, black, or red)

  • Lettuce
  • Radicchio
  • Grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • Plantains, roasted
  • Cauliflower, steamed
  • Spanish paprika, ancho chili powder, or make a blend of carnitas spices*
  • Raspberry dressing*
  • Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Assemble bowl, grouping each ingredient together.

Chef's Notes

*Search for “carnitas spices” and “raspberry dressing” recipes.
• Begin making your bowl by assembling greens. Add other ingredients of your choice, building upward in a decorative pattern by placing each ingredient in its own section.
