Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Raspberry Dressing

1¼ cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ apple, peeled and quartered
- 4 regular or 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- ½ garlic clove
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup water
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until creamy and smooth.
