Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups fresh or frozen raspberries

  • ½ apple, peeled and quartered
  • 4 regular or 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ garlic clove
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until creamy and smooth.
