Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Pea Walnut Mint Dip

This is a simple delicious and nutritious dip to make and can be used for veggies, crackers etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • ⅓ cup walnuts
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Sprig of mint leaves
  • 1 tsp of Yondu seasoning
  • ¼ cup of water

Instructions

Put the ingredients together in the bowl of a small food processor and blend together, voilà it's done.

• Consider serving with your favorite raw veggies.
