Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plant milk

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • Fresh or frozen fruits for topping

Optional
  • ½ banana, mashed

  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

1. Add plant milk, oats, chia seeds, and optional banana in a jar or container, and give it a good stir. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours.
2. In the morning, add additional plant milk if you’d like. Top with fresh fruits and spice.

Chef's Notes

The mixture with banana will keep for up to 2 days. Without the banana, the mixture will last up to 4 days.
