Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Oat and Chia Pudding

Pre-prepare this simple oat and chia seed pudding — it will be ready an hour later and will keep in the refridgerator for up to five days. Vary the toppings to your personal taste.
Ingredients
¼ cup whole oats
- 1 T maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 T chia seeds
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 sliced banana
- ½ cup mixed berries
Instructions
1. In a container or jar, mix the milk, maple syrup, vanilla, chia seeds, oats, and ground cinnamon until the chia seeds are evenly dispersed in the mixture.
2. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
3. Serve with bananas and mixed berries as toppings.
