Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Hemp Heart Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 T hemp hearts

  • 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 T ground flaxseed
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom (optional)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
