Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Fudge Pops

The fudge pops are not only delicious but super nutritious. We love that they have flax seeds in them, which are high in omega-3s.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, ripe

  • 2 medjool dates
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup firm or extra firm tofu
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and well mixed.
2. Pour the mix equally into four freezer pop mold containers, and put into the freezer to harden.
3. When ready to eat, run the outside of the pop mold under warm water for a minute. Then just pull the pop handle out of the mold container and enjoy.
