Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Enrica’s Plant-based Coffee

I so look forward to my plant-based coffee every morning. It’s nutritious, creamy with just the right sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coffee

  • 1 T shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 pitted medjool date

Instructions

1. Place all items in blender.
2. Blend for about one minute until desired creaminess.
