Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Creamy Ranch Dressing
This dressing is packed with fiber and protein and has healthy fats from nuts and seeds. You can make it from white beans, if you’re allergic to nuts or want to eat more legumes. Consider throwing a tablespoon of nuts into your salad for crunch.
Makes: ¾ cup
Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
½ cup raw cashews or sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp dillweed
- 1 T lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend together until it reaches the desired consistency.
