Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Classic Italian Dressing

Ingredients
For dressing1½ cup cooked cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup vinegar
- 1 T maple syrup
- 2 tsp onion, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cashew parmesan (see below)
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of dried oregano
¾ cup raw cashews
- 3 T nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
For the dressing1. Blend beans and water until smooth.
2. Then add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
1. Blend ingredients in a powerful blender.
2. Run mixture through a sifter and continue to blend until fine.
