Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Buffalo/BBQ Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- ½ cup flour
- Whole wheat bread crumbs
- Franks Red Hot or BBQ sauce for topping
- Kale
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Clean and separate cauliflower pieces.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix equal parts flour and water. Add desired amount of garlic powder and paprika.
4. Add whole wheat bread crumbs to second mixing bowl.
5. Dip cauliflower pieces one at a time in flour mixture, then bread crumbs. Coats with crumbs and place on parchment paper.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Take cauliflower pieces from oven and place in a large pot on the stove.
8. Add Frank's Red Hot or BBQ sauce.
9. With flame on low, stir until pieces are covered with sauce.
10. Serve over a bed of warm kale
