Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed into a paste
  • Fresh lemon juice, squeezed from 1 large lemon
  • 5 T water or more

Instructions

Whisk the tahini, garlic, lemon, and water together in a small bowl. Keep whisking until the mixture thickens. Add more or less water to desire consistency. Set aside.
