Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Tahini Dressing

¼ cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed into a paste
- Fresh lemon juice, squeezed from 1 large lemon
- 5 T water or more
Instructions
Whisk the tahini, garlic, lemon, and water together in a small bowl. Keep whisking until the mixture thickens. Add more or less water to desire consistency. Set aside.
