Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
½ cup oats
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 ½ tsp pure maple syrup or sugar
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla or almond extract (optional)
- 1 cup mixed fruit (berries, applesauce, bananas)
- 1 to 2 T of chopped nuts, if desired
- Dash of ground cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a container, jar or bowl, mix through and refrigerate overnight. Eat it right out of the bowl or container the next morning.
