Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Black & White Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans

  • 1 cup white beans (cannellini, northern, etc)
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup each diced red pepper, green pepper, and red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cumin

Instructions

Combine beans, hemp seeds, cilantro, diced vegetables, lemon juice, and cumin. Toss well.
