Whole Food, Plant-Based Recipe Black & White Bean Salad

1 cup black beans
- 1 cup white beans (cannellini, northern, etc)
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup each diced red pepper, green pepper, and red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 T lemon juice
- ¼ tsp cumin
Instructions
Combine beans, hemp seeds, cilantro, diced vegetables, lemon juice, and cumin. Toss well.
